I’ve been working for myself as a freelancer for the past few years, but I’ve been dealing with Racknet for at least 5 years. Starting when I first registered my domain with them. In that time, I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with the sound, reliable and all-round brilliant service that they provide. Racknet’s customer service, for me, is something to be in awe of. I’ve had many encounters and dealings with customer service staff to know what standard to expect… Racknet don’t meet that standard, they smash it. I’ve never had a customer service as prolonged and favourable as I have with Racknet. I’m going nowhere. They’ve got me as a customer for life.
